Shelter Summary - Week of October 12 2015

It was a really busy week for me. I had all three of my normal shelters and worked a new one this week. There are some amazing shelter pets waiting for their moment. The shelter breakdown is below.

League City Animal Shelter

Webster Animal Shelter

Companion Animal Outreach of Galveston County

Nassau Bay Animal Shelter

Texas Animal Control Solutions

Shelter Summary - Weeks of 9/21, 9/28 & 10/5

Getting caught up on my shelter summaries. It's been a busy couple of weeks between shelter work and session work. Below is the shelter breakdown from the passed three weeks.. Lots of the great dogs/cats pictured have been fostered or adopted...which is a good thing.

Shelter Summary - Week of September 14 2015

It was a pretty busy week. I met Cheryl at the League City Shelter on Tuesday (9/15) for our weekly photo taking. As always, there are some beautifully awesome dogs available. Which, to me, is crazy!

On Wednesday, I met Amanda at Walter Hall Park to take photos of three beautiful dogs. If I'm not mistaken, Atlas and Bella have already been adopted. Happy day!

Shelter Summary - Week of September 7 2015

I met Cheryl at the League City Animal Shelter on Tuesday and while it was miserably humid outside, we got photos of several dogs.

Fearing that the weather would interfere the rest of the week, I met with Troy at the Nassau Bay Animal Shelter on Wednesday morning to take photos of a couple of small dogs and some kittens.

On Thursday, I decided to drop in at LCAS to take photos of a couple of cats. Thanks to Delia for help wrangling. Crimson and Hazel were awesome!

Shelter Summary - Week of August 31, 2015

This is the week following the Adopt-a-thon. A lot of the dogs and cats are gone, but...just as fast, there are new ones to take their place.

LCAS also had a litter of very young, very scared Chihuahua puppies came in. It is sad to see how scared they are. It is an example of why spaying/neutering is so important.
